Norah T. Hunter is the leading instructor in floral design and this book is worth every penny IF you can afford it and are dedicated to learning floral design. (Please note that this is the 2nd edition of her text, which I purchased weeks before her 3rd edition was released; I do not know how different the 3rd edition could be.) A great text. I am considering upgrading to 3rd edition
I bought this book as a tool for floral design school as recommended by my instructor. This book is great. Has everything you need to know about building many types of designs. Tho I graduated years ago I still go back to this book to brush up and relearn things I don't do often.
Not impressed. It ended up being basically 80% common sense and 20% new information. If you are going to buy this book, make sure to get it used and cheap. It is really only useful to people who are brand new to Floral design.
